The City of Morris Economic Development Authority is composed of the membership of the Morris City Council to include the Mayor and City Councilmembers.
The term for members coincides with the terms of the Mayor and City Council
It shall be the responsibility of the City of Morris Economic Development Authority to carry out economic and industrial development and redevelopment within the City in accordance with such general policies as may from time to time be established by the City Council and pursuant to such by-laws as may be adopted by the Authority with approval of the Council. The Authority shall have such powers as may be permitted by Minnesota Statutes.
The City of Morris Economic Development Authority does not have a set meeting date and meets as needed.
