The City of Morris is seeking proposals from qualified planning, municipal design, and community consulting firms (or multidisciplinary teams) to lead a holistic update and overhaul of the City’s 1999 Comprehensive Plan. The selected firm will be able to demonstrate their ability to deliver a visionary document that will help in pushing Morris to take actions necessary to continue to grow and develop as the community desires. Not only will this process be an excellent way for the community to come together to understand what residents envision for Morris, it will also provide a final document that will truly guide the city into it’s future in a strategic and data-driven manner.
