   Age: Priority is given to those 62 years of age or over, or a disabled person as defined by the Social Security     Act. However, anyone meeting the income limits is eligible.

   Income Limits: Annual income may not exceed

   * $34,150 for a one-person family

   * $39,050 for a two-person family

   *subject to change
